All 1:1 sessions are held online via video call for your convenience and comfort. Before each session, you'll complete a brief questionnaire so we can make the most of our time together.
We begin with a comprehensive 90-minute initial consultation where we take a deep dive into your medical history, current symptoms, diet, and lifestyle.
From there, we’ll meet every two weeks for 20-minute check-ins to offer tailored support, guidance, and accountability.
You’ll also have a monthly 45-minute progress review, where we assess your symptoms, celebrate your wins, and fine-tune your protocol to keep you moving forward.
Yes, if paying the full amount upfront is not accessible to you right now, the cost of the programme can be paid in two installments.
The HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) test is a core part of the RECLAIM Method and is charged separately from the programme fee. A follow-up HTMA test is highly recommended at the end of the 12 weeks to assess your progress and will also be an additional cost.
Functional and Blood tests may be suggested to further assess nutrient deficiencies and other health markers. These can be arranged privately or accessed through your GP if available.
